Photographer · Vinyl Collector · Guitarist
Based in the American West. I spend my days chasing light in places like Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, my evenings digging through crates, and my weekends picking guitar. This site is a little corner of the internet that’s just mine.
I picked up a camera on a trip to Yellowstone and never put it down. There’s something about the patience the natural world demands — waiting in the cold for the light to change, for the elk to turn just so. My favorite subjects are the ones that don’t know I’m there.
It started with a turntable and a handful of records from a garage sale. Now there’s a dedicated shelf (okay, three shelves) and a habit of disappearing into record stores for hours. The ritual of putting on a record — the warmth, the crackle — is something streaming will never replace.
I’ve been playing since my twenties — mostly fingerpicking, a little blues. The collection has grown over the years in ways that are hard to justify but easy to love. If it has six strings and a good neck, it’s probably already on my radar.
I’m available for select freelance projects — UX design, front-end development, or both. Approaching retirement but happy to take on interesting work.
